This is based on a 42 hour working week and includes an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.Plus a £1,000 sign on bonus when you join and an additional £1,000 in month 13 of your employment plus company benefits.Your role as a Master Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. We are expanding our team and currently seeking skilled individuals who take pride in their work. As a Master Technician you will be the expert in carrying out diagnosis and undertaking servicing and repair work on customer vehicles. You will effectively use your technical knowledge and skills to ensure you and your colleagues are working efficiently. You will be expected to liaise with service advisors, customers and senior management ensuring excellent customer service and a professional approach at all times.
