We are looking to recruit a fully skilled and experienced Master Technician to join a professional and established workshop team within a main dealer environment. This role is suited to a Technician who takes pride in technical ability, diagnostic expertise, and consistently delivering high-quality, right-first-time repairs.

You will be confident using modern diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems, with strong fault-finding skills across mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. The ideal candidate will have EV and hybrid experience and be comfortable diagnosing and repairing high-voltage systems in line with current safety standards.
You will work towards productivity and efficiency targets, carry out advanced diagnostic work, and repair and service vehicles to a consistently high standard. The role may also involve supporting and mentoring other technicians where appropriate, contributing to workshop performance and technical standards.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with service advisors and provide clear technical feedback. A flexible, professional, and customer focused attitude is required, along with a full UK driving license.
