Client Location: Central London - Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Starting: August 2025


Salary/Pay Rate: £80.000-90.000 per annum, pro rata -PAYE (35 hrs/week)

Hours: Full-time

Duration: 12 months

As the Marketing Program Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping how this innovative company uses its own cutting-edge marketing technology across international markets. As the Marketing Program Manager, you will:

  • Lead strategic planning and alignment for the marketing technology transformation core team, ensuring alignment with fiscal year goals.
  • Represent international markets in corporate discussions, ensuring regional needs are addressed and feedback is incorporated into planning.
  • Develop and execute the fiscal-year plan for marketing technology initiatives, tracking progress, managing risks, and reporting on key achievements.
  • Drive internal awareness and excitement around program wins through engaging communications and presentations.
  • Collaborate with teams across different regions and functions to ensure seamless execution and address dependencies.
  • Communicate key messages from leadership and maintain consistent communication across international teams.
  • Champion product adoption and ensure ongoing use of marketing technologies across international markets.
  • Gather and share employee feedback and insights with product and program governance teams to continuously improve solutions and their implementation.
  • Identify and showcase success stories to build momentum and demonstrate the value of the marketing technology transformation.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in strategic marketing, operations, or program management within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding and experience with Marketing Technology (Martech) and Advertising Technology (Adtech) solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into concise, executive-level summaries.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and leading without direct authority.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Customer Zero programs.
  • Experience working with international teams and understanding cultural nuances.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
