Marketing Operations Specialist\n\n Theale / Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)\n\n Permanent\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to support marketing operations, digital campaigns, stakeholder alignment, and event execution, all while ensuring consistent branding and measurable results across the business.\n\nLooking for a Marketing Graduate with 1-2 years of experience to step into the role of Marketing Ops Executive-helping drive the execution of a high-impact marketing strategy.\n\nWhat you'll be doing\n\nMaintain brand consistency across digital and print assets\nSupport content creation, PR activities, and digital engagement tracking\nManage marketing operations, workflows, and drive process improvements\nServe as a key link between Sales, Product, and Marketing teams\nPlan and execute events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences\nTrack performance using analytics (NPS, C-SAT, engagement metrics)\nEnsure campaigns and sales materials are aligned with commercial goals \n\nWhat we're looking for\n\n1-2 years of experience in marketing (operations, campaigns, or events)\nStrong project management skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders\nProficiency with CRM/CMS platforms, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)\nA data-driven approach with a creative, customer-focused mindset\nThe ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and implement improvements \n\nProject People is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
