Apply now.What youll doIn line with the annual campaigns plan, devise customer information campaigns with the aim of informing and retaining customers. Maintaining trust and transparencyEnsuring campaigns are delivered on time and to budgetWith the Senior Campaigns Manager - brief media and creative agencies on customer information campaignsManage specific campaign budgeting and forecasting, raising purchase orders and keeping the PO tracker up to date. Ensuring the Senior Campaigns Manager has everything required for monthly meetings with the Finance Business PartnerWork to help develop creative assets, researching subject matter, writing, editing and proofing all copy to ensure accuracyManage the implementation, tracking, measurement and post campaign analysis of marketing campaigns, paying close attention to ROI and evolving learnings to optimise future activityEnsure that Southeasterns brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and marketing communicationsComply with internal approvals procedure and industry guidelines, specifically ASA and CAP codeWorking with the wider Marketing, and Commercial team to understand relevant messaging to include in Customer Information campaignsThe experience youll needTo be considered for this role we recommend you demonstrate the below in your application;Educated to degree level or equivalentExcellent attention to detailStrong collaboration skillsCampaign management experience and working with agenciesGood understanding of cost of marketing activityClear understanding of marketing reporting and all aspects of the marketing mixOutstanding attention to detail with strong copywriting, proofing, and editing skillsThinking and problem solvingStrong communication and people skillsExcellent attention to detail with ability to think creatively and strategicallyProactive and a self-starterAbility to work at pace across multiple activities and to tight deadlinesExcellent team playerAs proud members of the Armed Forces Covenant and Disability Confident Scheme, we will offer you an interview if you apply under these schemes and meet the minimum criteria for the role.
