Location: Peterborough
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Pin Point Recruitment is working with a growing organisation to recruit a Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of the companys marketing activity.
This role is ideal for a proactive and creative marketing professional with a strong background in digital marketing and brand development.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building online brand awareness, driving lead generation, and supporting the wider sales function through engaging, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
You will develop and manage the companys brand presence across digital, print, and client-facing platforms, ensuring consistency and impact in line with existing brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and strengthen brand awareness across all marketing channels
Take ownership of the company brand, both internally and externally
Create, manage, and maintain a comprehensive library of product-related copy for marketing and sales proposals
Collect and maintain a library of product samples for marketing and proposal use
Plan, write, and distribute email marketing campaigns
Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy for online and print campaigns
Design website banners and support the creation of web-based visuals
Produce engaging creative content, including blogs, videos, and other digital assets
Manage and grow the companys social media presence
Organise and attend events such as exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking events
Coordinate the effective distribution of marketing materials
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Manage and maintain contact and customer databases
Support lead-generation activities and reporting
Conduct market research, including customer surveys and feedback analysis
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Skills and Experience Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Commercial awareness and sound business acumen
Proven copywriting and design capability
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Analytical and strategic thinking skills
High levels of drive, initiative, and self-motivation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
Strong team player with the ability to foster positive working relationships
Demonstrable experience using digital marketing platforms, software, and web tools
