What will you do as a Marketing Manager

* Plan/optimise multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, SEO, PPC, social, events)

* Collaborate with sales to define ideal customer profiles and buyer journeys

* Manage marketing automation and CRM-driven campaigns to nurture and convert leads

* Track and report lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign ROI

* Develop brand awareness strategies and oversee content creation (blogs, videos, PR)

* Manage digital presence, including SEO, social media, and industry forums

* Lead strategic marketing planning, market research, and support product launches

What You will need as Marketing Manager

* B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors

* Proven success in lead generation and brand awareness

* Experience in CRM and marketing automation platforms, strong analytical/data-driven skills
