This is a Marketing Manager role with real influence. You’ll sit close to the senior leadership team, shaping how the business is understood by investors, clients, partners and internal teams – and then turning that story into clear, practical marketing that actually gets used.

Defining and refining value propositions and messaging for different audiences, including investors, partners, local authorities and internal teams Translating messaging into consistent, high-quality output across websites, presentations, bids, case studies, newsletters and social channels Planning and delivering practical activity across the year to support engagement and business development Producing key materials yourself while guiding a marketing assistant and managing external suppliers where needed Reviewing performance and audience response, feeding insight back into future messaging and plans What you’ll bring to the table as a Marketing Manager
Previous experience leading marketing within a small or growing organisation Broad experience across the marketing mix, including brand, content, digital, campaigns and events Strong background in messaging, communication and proposition development for multiple audiences Proven ability to personally produce high-quality written and presentation-based materials Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and aligning marketing output to business priorities Working hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
