Marketing Manager (MSP / IT Services) Remote (UK-based) Up to £40,000 (pro rata depending on structure)

The Opportunity We are working with a growing IT services provider that supports SME clients with modern, scalable technology solutions. They have built a strong reputation through delivery and long-term client relationships. Now, they are looking to strengthen their marketing capability not just to do more marketing, but to generate consistent, measurable pipeline. This is a standalone role with real ownership. You will not be handed a rigid plan to execute. Instead, you will shape the marketing approach, test ideas, and build a function that directly supports business growth.

Salary & Working Options This role is fully remote and offers genuine flexibility depending on what works best for you: Full-time (5 days): Up to £40,000 4 days per week: Up to £32,000 Shorter days (e.g. school hours): Around £26,000 The key focus is outcomes not presenteeism.

What You Will Be Doing This is a hands-on, commercially focused role. You will be responsible for both strategy and delivery. Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, email, social) Driving inbound lead generation and supporting outbound activity Owning and improving the website (conversion, messaging, performance) Working closely with sales to align marketing activity with pipeline targets Managing CRM and marketing tools (campaign tracking, lead journeys, reporting) Measuring performance, tracking ROI, and refining what works Supporting events, partnerships, and brand positioning Contributing to ongoing brand development and messaging

What They Are Looking For Experience in B2B marketing within MSP, IT services, SaaS, or a tech-led environment (MSP experience is strongly preferred) A clear understanding of lead generation, MQLs, and pipeline contribution Hands-on delivery experience
