Bijoux De Mimi is one of the UK's fastest-growing jewellery brands without any investment, having started in a bedroom by Amelia Hitchcock Merritt at just 18 years old during lockdown. We now have a small but mighty team and are now looking to hire our first experienced Digital Growth Manager, who will report directly to our founder to take the success of Bijoux De Mimi even further, managing their digital growth within the UK, EU and USA.
About The Role
Own every lever of our digital growth, paid ads, email marketing, and content creation assistance, reporting directly to our founder who currently manages all socials. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at a fast‑scaling jewellery brand.
Paid Advertising Management & Revenue Growth
Full ownership of Meta Ads Manager, strategy, execution, and optimisation.
Grow ownership of TikTok Ads Manager & Pinterest Ads, strategy, execution, and optimisation.
Maintain and scale our strong ROAS while growing budgets across UK, US, and EU.
Run continuous creative testing: hooks, formats, offers, audiences, and act fast on what wins.
Own weekly performance reporting directly to the founder, with clear insights and next actions.
Proactively brainstorm high‑performing creative concepts that work for organic social and can be adapted and optimised for paid advertising always thinking across both channels simultaneously.
Have content plans fully prepared ahead of photoshoots, content days, and brand activations arriving with clear shot lists, video briefs, and ad angles ready so no opportunity is wasted.
Develop a deep understanding of how the Bijoux De Mimi audience differs across the UK, US, and EU, their behaviours, motivations, price sensitivity, and what makes them trust us.
Build that trust deliberately through marketing in each market using localised creative, culturally relevant messaging, and the right channels and timing for each audience, so Bijoux De Mimi doesn't just enter new markets but earns a genuine following in them.
Email & SMS Marketing, Rapid List & Revenue Growth
Take our email marketing from great to exceptional, we want aggressive, measurable list and continued revenue growth.
Continue to build, re‑optimise, and expand our already existing Klaviyo flows: welcome, post‑purchase, abandoned cart, win‑back, VIP, back‑in‑stock, and browse abandonment and more.
Plan and execute regular campaign emails: launches, promotions, drops, seasonal moments, community updates at high frequency and high quality.
Own segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, and list health, always pushing open rates, click rates, and attributed revenue upward.
Treat email as a growth channel, not a broadcast tool, proactively identify new automations, offers, and sequences that drive repeat purchases.
Develop a deep understanding of how the Bijoux De Mimi audience differs across the UK, US, and EU, their behaviours, motivations, price sensitivity, and what makes them trust us.
Build that trust deliberately through marketing in each market using localised creative, culturally relevant messaging, and the right channels and timing for each audience, so Bijoux De Mimi doesn't just enter new markets but earns a genuine following in them.
Assist our founder with editing and produce high‑performing short‑form video for TikTok and Instagram Reels, you know what hooks stop the scroll and you apply that instinctively.
Take the founder's raw content and transform it into polished, ad‑ready and social‑ready creative, trimming, captioning, music, text overlays, and pacing. Ideally on CapCut.
Be willing and confident to capture your own content when needed: product showcases, trend responses, giving suggestions to the founder when needed.
Design static and motion assets across all channels using Canva and video editing tools: from ad creatives and email headers to story templates and launch graphics.
Create digital design assets that are on‑brand and visually consistent with Bijoux De Mimi's iconic pink and red starry aesthetic.
Produce scroll‑stopping visual content across formats: statics, carousels, GIFs, and short‑form video that works as hard in email marketing and the feed as it does in the ad account.
UGC Creation Management
Proactively identify, outreach, and manage UGC creators who align with the Bijoux De Mimi aesthetic, sourcing talent, negotiating usage rights, and briefing them to deliver content that works in paid ads.
Own the end‑to‑end UGC pipeline: from first contact through to content approval, feedback, and final asset delivery.
Build and maintain an ongoing roster of creators so we always have a fresh pipeline of ad‑ready content.
Liaise closely with the wider team on a continuous basis to coordinate content needs, upcoming campaigns, product launches, and creative direction.
Ensure UGC content is consistently on‑brand, visually aligned with our iconic pink and red starry identity, and optimised for performance, not just aesthetics.
Repurpose and edit UGC into ad creatives across Meta and TikTok, maximising the value of every piece of content we receive.
Work directly with the founder to build and manage Bijoux De Mimi's marketing calendar, balancing real‑time, reactive content moments with the structured planning that major campaigns demand.
Be genuinely comfortable operating in both modes: moving fast to get content and campaigns out to the community in the moment, and planning meticulously weeks or months ahead for site‑wide sales, product launches, pop‑up shops, Cyber Week, and Christmas gifting season.
Understand that the founder leads social and pivots regularly to keep Bijoux De Mimi 100% in the present, your job is to support that energy, not slow it down, while ensuring the paid and retention channels are always aligned and capitalising on every moment.
Take full ownership of sign‑up growth, obsessively testing and iterating on pop‑ups, lead magnets, landing pages, gated offers, and list‑building tactics across every touchpoint to grow our email and SMS audience at pace.
Bring genuine innovation to how we acquire subscribers, think beyond the standard discount pop‑up and find creative, brand‑right ways to convert visitors into community members.
Run a rigorous, always‑on testing programme across ads, email, and sign‑up flows – structured experiments with clear hypotheses, fast read times, and decisive action on results, so every pound we spend works harder over time.
Treat our marketing investment like it's your own money, every test, every campaign, and every new idea should be driven by the goal of an exceptional return.
How You'll Work
Report directly and weekly to the founder, structured weekly reviews covering performance, what's working, what's being tested, and what's next.
You own your results. You set the plan, you execute it, and you're accountable for the numbers.
London office minimum 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) with flexibility to work remotely including from overseas at times.
Work closely with the founder on content days, campaign planning, and product launches.
This role is for someone who takes complete ownership, you are the expert in your field and we expect you to be exactly that. You won't wait to be told what to do, you'll come to the founder with what's working, what isn't, and what you're doing about it.
Our founder couldn't be more involved in the brand and overseas everything but she needs a true specialist beside her, someone who can confidently say "this is what we should do and here's why," then go and make it happen as we enter this next stage of growth.
You'll bring the knowledge, the strategy, and the execution. The founder brings the vision, the product, and the brand. Together you'll build something exceptional.
5+ years in a DTC or e‑commerce performance marketing role.
Exceptional Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads experience with proven ROAS results.
Deep Klaviyo expertise on flows, campaigns, segmentation, and deliverability.
Strong video editing skills on CapCut: you know how to make content perform, not just look good.
Confident using Canva to produce on‑brand digital design assets across all formats.
Phenomenal understanding of what makes social content succeed right now.
Highly analytical, data‑driven, and self‑directed.
Obsessive about growth: you take email list size and ROAS personally.
Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, accessories or start‑ups.
US or EU market experience: localisation, audiences, or ad accounts.
Affiliate marketing experience.
Familiarity with Shopify and conversion rate optimisation.
Google Ads, Pinterest, or YouTube Ads exposure.
Experience working with or briefing micro‑influencers.
