About the Role
We areseekingan experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function at a pivotal time of business growth and diversification. This role will not only own the development and delivery of our marketing strategy but will also guide, support, and line-manage the Marketing Executive.
Reporting to the Director of Client Solutions, the ideal candidate will bring fresh thinking, strong digital and contentexpertise, and the confidence to shape a modern marketing approach that elevates brand visibility and drives meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
Work closely with the Director of Client Solutions to create,implement,andmaintaina cohesive marketing strategy that increases brand recognition and market reach.
Ensure content produced by the marketing team is engaging, relevant, and aligned with audience needs.
Track,measure,andanalyzesocial media performance, engagementmetrics,and website analytics to inform ongoing improvements.
Lead the marketing elements of business diversification initiatives, includingidentifyinginnovative marketingopportunities, channels, and approaches.
Ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard, from concept to delivery.
Marketing Delivery (Hands-On Responsibilities)
Develop and produce high-quality content across digital channels, including social media, email marketing,externalnewsletters,and campaign materials.
Oversee brand consistency across all visual and written outputs.
Supportthe developmentof the new website by guiding structure, messaging, and content creation.
Conduct market research into customerbehaviour, industrytrends,and competitor activity to support informed business decisions.
Manage external suppliers as needed (designers, agencies, freelancers, contractors)
Project-managingevents andexhibitions throughout thecalendaryear
Marketing Team Leadership
Line-managetheMarketing Executive, providing day-to-day support, coaching, and development.
Create a positive, motivated, and high-performing team culture.
Set clear team goals and department KPIs that align withorganisationalobjectives.
Lead performance development plans and appraisals for the Marketing Executive.
Set andmonitorpersonalobjectives.
Encourage innovation, continuous improvement, and ownership within the team.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally in a growing or evolving business.
Strong hands-on marketing skills across social media, content creation, digital marketing, and campaign delivery.
Confident inanalysingdata and using insights to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication skills written, visual, and verbal.
Strongorganisationaland project-management capability.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence colleagues at all levels.
Creative mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Experience leading or mentoring others is essential.

Starting salary £40,000
Hours (36.15) Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm

Location Selsey, West Sussex
