They have built a strong reputation through delivery and long-term client relationships. Now, they are looking to strengthen their marketing capability not just to do more marketing, but to generate consistent, measurable pipeline.This is a standalone role with real ownership.You will not be handed a rigid plan to execute. Instead, you will shape the marketing approach, test ideas, and build a function that directly supports business growth.Salary & Working OptionsThis role is fully remote and offers genuine flexibility depending on what works best for you:Full-time (5 days): Up to £40,0004 days per week: Up to £32,000Shorter days (e.g. school hours): Around £26,000The key focus is outcomes not presenteeism.What You Will Be DoingThis is a hands-on, commercially focused role. You will be responsible for both strategy and delivery.Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, email, social)Driving inbound lead generation and supporting outbound activityOwning and improving the website (conversion, messaging, performance)Working closely with sales to align marketing activity with pipeline targetsManaging CRM and marketing tools (campaign tracking, lead journeys, reporting)Measuring performance, tracking ROI, and refining what worksSupporting events, partnerships, and brand positioningContributing to ongoing brand development and messagingWhat They Are Looking ForExperience in B2B marketing withinMSP, IT services, SaaS, or a tech-led environment(MSP experience is strongly preferred)A clear understanding oflead generation, MQLs, and pipeline contributionHands-on delivery experience this is not a pure strategy roleConfidence working with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and analytics toolsStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaignsCommercial awareness understanding how marketing drives revenue, not just engagementWhy This Role Stands OutFully remote with flexible working optionsReal ownership of the marketing functionDirect impact on business growth and pipelineClose collaboration with decision-makersOpportunity to shape how marketing is done, not just executeIf you are looking for a role where marketing is taken seriously and where you can influence growth we would be very happy to have a conversation.JBRP1_UKTJ
