Full time (Hybrid) or Part time - (Office based) Supporting the MD, this is B2B focussed Marketing Manager position where you will be handling lead generation marketing. Creating a new business pipeline therefore a sales focussed marketeer required. My client is a marketing agency and they deliver digital and paid media solutions to clients across the UK and overseas. In this role, you will be generating content to be sent out in a monthly newsletter and communications to potential new clients. Gaining leads and contacts, you will support the MD and from there the new business development is handled, until back to you, to onboard. To be considered B2B Marketing experience Proven marketing led business development experience Content and newsletter creation CRM / Database skills Devon based Responsibilities include: Own and manage the full marketing funnel: Content planning and coordination (LinkedIn, insights, case studies) Manage outsourced suppliers and freelancers Maintain and optimise Pipedrive CRM Build structured lead nurturing campaigns Track every prospect interaction and next step Qualify & prepare prospects before meetings Post-meeting follow-ups and long-term relationship nurturing Email marketing and marketing automation Reporting on pipeline health and forecasts Key xehkeey Skills & Experience B2B marketing experience (agency or professional services ideal) Strong CRM experience (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar) Comfortable writing business-focused communications Organised and process-driven Able to manage suppliers and hold them accountable Commercial awareness understands how agencies win work The role is offered either full or part time Office based is essential so please only apply if you are based in the North Devon region.
