This Marketing Manager role sits at the heart of a fast-growing B2B SaaS organisation specialising in workforce management for shift-based industries. The company is entering an exciting new growth phase, having recently refreshed its brand and platform to meet the needs of major enterprises. With a client base including leading Sports, Hospitality, and Live Events customers—ranging from premier stadiums to iconic festivals like Glastonbury—this opportunity offers a chance to join a business strengthening its market position globally.


The role is critical in shaping how an expanding product portfolio is taken to market. Initially focusing on product marketing—including positioning, launches, and sales enablement—the remit will broaden into a general Marketing Manager role owning the full planning, execution, and reporting engine. Working closely with the Head of Growth and sales teams, you will turn high-level strategy into measurable campaigns that support product adoption and expansion revenue.


Responsibilities include leading multi-channel campaigns, developing clear positioning, and crafting compelling value propositions. You will act as a key link between Product and Revenue functions to ensure market feedback informs product evolution while coordinating release communications to drive adoption. Additionally, you will enable sales teams by designing outbound sequences and maintaining competitive intelligence tools like battlecards.


The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a track record in product marketing or GTM roles within the SaaS space.
