We're looking for a creative, driven and hands-on Marketing Executive to support the execution of our marketing activity across brand, digital, PR and campaigns. You'll help tell our story, attract new guests, and enhance the Hotel Football experience. This isn't a standard 9 to 5 role – with football fixtures, events, and conferences happening all year round, flexibility is key. Matchday and event presence is expected, with working days/hours flexed to suit the needs of the business. Key Responsibilites Be Accountable for the hotel's annual marketing plan across all channels Manage content calendars for social media, email campaigns, and digital platforms Collaborate with the design team to develop brand-aligned assets Write engaging content for blog posts, social media, newsletters and web updates Support partnerships, PR activity and influencer engagement Assist in planning and executing campaigns for seasonal events, matchdays, meetings and promotions Monitor marketing performance and generate reports using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite Capture on-the-ground content during matchdays and special events Work closely with the sales and events teams to create collateral and drive awareness. This role is predominantly office based – 40 hours per week including Manchester United home fixtures – however at key times additional out of hours work may be required About You Where possible, 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, leisure, or events Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with shifting priorities Strong communication skills – written, verbal and visual Confident using social media platforms, email marketing tools and systems Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) A flair for content creation, photography, and storytelling Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required for matchdays or key events Passionate about delivering unique customer experiences Hotel or venue experience is desirable, but not essential Benefits : Pension Scheme: Gear up for the future with our pension scheme that ensures your financial stability.
