I am delighted to be exclusively partnering with a Technology organisation in hiring a Marketing Executive to strengthen how it communicates customer value, technical capability and commercial impact.

This role sits within a lean marketing team and is focused on customer storytelling, case studies and proof-led content that supports sales and pipeline growth. The existing team is particularly strong in brand and creative delivery, so this hire will add depth in B2B marketing, IT services and technical storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver enterprise-level customer case studies across sectors and regions
• Create compelling customer storylines that showcase outcomes, transformation and future value
• Translate complex technical services into clear, commercial messaging
• Capture and communicate measurable customer impact and success metrics
• Partner with Sales, Technical SMEs and Account teams to embed customer stories into commercial activity
• Support and evolve customer advocacy and CX programmes
• Use customer and sales insight to refine marketing messaging and communications

Key Requirements

• Around 3-4 years' experience in B2B marketing, content or customer marketing
• Strong exposure to IT services, technology or technical environments
• Proven experience creating customer case studies and storytelling content
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder complexity
• Excellent written and communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Commercial mindset with awareness of pipeline and revenue impact
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced, hands-on environment
