Marketing & Events Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Marketing & Events Executive to support the EFI's ambitious growth plans. In this role, you will play a key part in driving student recruitment by increasing applications and improving conversion to enrolment. Working closely with the Applicant Marketing Manager, you will contribute to student recruitment strategy with a focus on planning and delivering high-impact events. You will lead on Open Days, Applicant Days, and external events, ensuring they are engaging, well‑organised, and deliver a seamless experience for prospective students. You will also support larger external recruitment events for diploma and undergraduate courses. Benefits

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and an understanding of the fashion or beauty industry. You will be confident creating engaging, relevant event experiences and campaigns that resonate with prospective students. About you Qualifications Minimum of a Grade C/4 in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent), alongside a relevant degree (desirable) and professional experience. Experience You will have strong administration skills and previous experience in an events or marketing role along with previous experience working with a CRM System. Expertise You will have an understanding of how a CRM works, social media and knowledge of how to create direct mails and customer lists. Skills You will have the ability to deliver engaging, relevant learning activities and assessments. You will also demonstrate excellent planning, organisational, and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced academic environment. Working Hours This is a full‑time role, with standard hours of 9:00 am‑5:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00 am‑5:00 pm Friday. The role also involves working up to two Saturdays per month for Open Days, with equivalent time off in lieu given in return.
