Role Description Marketing & Events Executive (Full-time Hybrid, based in Pimlico, London – 2 days per week working from home) This role sits at the heart of our growth. You will plan and deliver events that connect students with career opportunities, while driving marketing campaigns to grow our programme audience, including students, parents and teachers. You will take ownership of event delivery, student acquisition activity, and the promotion of all programmes through effective, creative marketing. We’re looking for someone who
Has experience in event marketing, communications or campaign delivery. Can plan, coordinate and execute events to a high standard. Is confident creating engaging content and promotional materials. Is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and takes ownership of outcomes. Enjoys working across teams, including supporting sales initiatives and partnerships. Has experience or interest in engaging Gen Z audiences, ages 13–21.
Core Responsibilities: Events Management
Manage and upload events and job opportunities on the website. Set up and run webinars (Zoom & Teams). Create promotional assets (Canva). Schedule and manage social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok). Deliver email campaigns via Zoho (for Students, Teachers, Parents). Manage WhatsApp communications and CRM automation flows. Drive registrations and attendance for events. Report weekly on registrations, attendance and conversion rates.
Secondary Responsibilities: Student Acquisition
Support student sign‑ups through campaigns and events. Contribute ideas for new campaigns and growth initiatives. Represent Pathway CTM at school and partner events. Grow social media presence through consistent organic content. Capture and produce content, including team‑led and founder‑led content.
Additional Skills
Basic understanding of paid social (Meta). Comfortable filming content (phone or camera). Basic video editing (short‑form content). Awareness of social media trends. Basic website CMS experience.
