Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy across digital, social, and direct channels Deliver high-converting campaigns and compelling brand experiences Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team Manage a team of 20 people - with 5 direct reports Drive lead generation, conversions, and audience growth Oversee marketing for global events, online programmes, and large-scale launches Analyse performance data to optimise ROI and channel efficiency Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams Develop and manage affiliate and partnership programmes
