A leading luxury hospitality and events group in London is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead brand growth, customer acquisition, and strategic marketing initiatives across a portfolio of premium venues.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior marketing professional with a strong background in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, premium venues, or high-end events to shape the next phase of growth for a well-established yet ambitious brand.
The Role
The Marketing Director will develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across multiple luxury venues, ensuring a consistent brand presence while driving revenue, guest engagement, and brand prestige.
You will work closely with senior leadership, commercial teams, and venue managers to elevate the brand’s market positioning and deliver innovative campaigns that resonate with high-end clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy across a portfolio of luxury hospitality venues.
- Drive brand positioning, visibility, and reputation in London’s competitive luxury hospitality market.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, partnerships, and events.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, content, and performance marketing strategies.
- Lead PR, influencer relations, and media partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to drive bookings, events, and revenue growth.
- Manage external agencies and internal marketing resources.
- Oversee brand standards and creative direction across venues and campaigns.
- Track marketing performance, analytics, and ROI to optimise marketing investment.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within luxury hospitality, premium lifestyle brands, luxury retail, or high-end venues.
- Strong understanding of London’s luxury hospitality and events landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact brand campaigns and commercial results.
- Experience leading multi-channel marketing strategies including digital, PR, partnerships, and experiential marketing.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
- Commercially driven with strong analytical capabilities.
