Job Title Marketing & Communications Executive at DGI Overview DGI is a fast‑growing travel management company with offices in the UK, Europe and USA. We provide dedicated support to clients in the charity, academic, humanitarian and not‑for‑profit sectors, delivering global travel solutions and educational study trips. Responsibilities
Build, segment and schedule customer email communications for global audiences. Introduce segmentation strategies, customer journeys and targeted email marketing communications. Coordinate day‑to‑day requests from internal stakeholders via our ticketing system. Contribute to website content development, creating itineraries, writing blogs, sourcing case studies and updating website content as required. Update and maintain company social media channels with fresh, relevant, and captivating content, taking a test‑and‑learn approach to media optimisation. Support the Head of Marketing with the organisation of industry events, liaising with external partners and internal departments.
Qualifications
Recent experience building email campaigns and working with CRM systems. Experience segmenting data to ensure appropriate communication with diverse audiences. Demonstrable experience publishing effective, attention‑grabbing social media content on multiple channels. Customer‑focused, organised and with exceptional attention to detail. Strong data‑analytic skills with the ability to run and analyse reports. Proactive team player comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with many priorities. Understanding and appreciation of GDPR regulations and data‑management protocols. Exceptional written and spoken English with a developed ability to copywrite to a fixed tone of voice. Additional European language (Dutch/ German) skills would be advantageous.

Annual salary range £33k‑£37k plus OTE bonus £1k. Working Hours 8:45am – 5:30pm, Monday–Friday, based in our central Manchester office. Option to work 2 days per week at home.
