Marketing & Digital Content Executive

Salary: £25,000–£30,000 (DOE)

RSVP is a private global membership community for the luxury wedding and event industry. We curate and deliver a series of highly distinctive events and experiences across Europe and the USA, connecting the world’s leading planners, designers, and tastemakers.

We’re looking for a Marketing & Digital Content Executive with a strong aesthetic eye, creative confidence, and excellent attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is visually fluent, curious, and excited to help shape a fast-growing brand from the inside. You’ll be part of a small, high-energy team where ideas move quickly and good taste really matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning, creating, and editing high-quality digital content across Instagram, email, and member platforms
• Producing reels, stories, static posts, and campaign content that feels elevated, relevant, and on-brand
• Capturing and posting real-time content at live events in the UK, Europe, and the USA
• Writing clear, engaging copy for social, email, and digital communications
• Supporting the Marketing Manager and wider team with content planning and execution

Who We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in content creation, social media, or creative marketing (luxury, events, fashion, hospitality or lifestyle a plus)
• A confident visual storyteller with strong photography and/or video skills and a sharp, current aesthetic eye
• Comfortable using Instagram, Canva, and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro etc.)
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects in a very fast-moving environment
• A strong understanding of luxury branding and how to translate it into digital content
• Intelligent, motivated, and eager to learn - someone who wants to grow with a small but ambitious team
