Job Overview We are seeking a creative, hands‑on Marketing and Corporate Communications Executive to lead all internal and external communication efforts. This role encompasses full‑spectrum responsibilities, including content creation, branding, digital marketing, event planning, project support, and in‑house design—from visual identity to web presence. You will play a key role in cross‑departmental projects and initiatives, supporting planning, communication strategies, marketing rollouts, and design execution to ensure timely and consistent delivery of messaging and branding. Responsibilities
Develop and manage content across newsletters, corporate websites, social media, and other digital channels Design and implement a content calendar for strategic corporate outreach and marketing activities Independently design, build, and maintain the corporate website, including layout, structure, and content updates Conceptualise and design marketing collaterals and brand assets (e.g. logos, visuals, presentation templates, printed materials) Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and performance tracking Plan and coordinate corporate events and activities, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging Support and contribute to company‑wide projects, including internal campaigns, launches, and department initiatives Craft clear and compelling written materials such as speeches, internal announcements, and corporate presentations Ensure brand consistency and quality across all visual and written communications
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or brand management Strong copywriting and content development skills for both digital and print platforms Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent) Working knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Wix, or similar) Hands‑on experience in executing digital marketing strategies using tools such as Meta Ads and Google Ads Highly organised, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and drive projects from concept to execution
