Duties & Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and capture potential customer enquiries
Accurately log and manage leads within internal systems
Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely responses
Raise and process purchase orders and coordinate materials
Prepare and dispatch marketing packs and promotional literature
What Experience is Required
Previous experience in an administrative or marketing support role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
