Job Description
Overview
An international maritime organisation is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of its professional training and development programmes.
This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring all learning products, ranging from online courses to in-person workshops and certification schemes—are delivered to a consistently high standard.
Working closely with internal teams and external instructors, the successful candidate will take full ownership of delivery planning, coordination, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of all training programmes and learning events Oversee the delivery of courses, workshops, certification schemes, and recognition services Ensure all programmes are delivered on time, accurately, and to a high-quality standard Manage and coordinate logistics, including scheduling, resources, and instructor engagement Act as the primary point of contact for instructors, ensuring smooth delivery and support Supervise and delegate tasks to administrative support to ensure efficient operations Monitor delivery performance and implement improvements where required Maintain high standards of learner experience and engagement across all programmes Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide feedback and continuously improve offerings
Key Requirements
Previous experience in an education coordination, operations, or delivery-focused role Maritime industry knowledge or exposure is highly desirable Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Proactive and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners
