£65,000 - £80,000 DOE

A Senior Marine Systems Engineer is required to join a specialist engineering organisation delivering high-impact work across the maritime and defence sector. This role sits at the front end of engineering-focused on concept development, capability definition, and informing strategic decisions for next-generation naval platforms.

You will lead the development of platform concepts from initial capability requirements through to high-level designs, supporting trade space analysis and collaborative exercises. Working across surface and subsurface, crewed and uncrewed platforms, you'll play a key role in shaping future maritime capability through systems-level thinking and technical leadership.

You'll operate where decisions are made-translating stakeholder needs into viable platform concepts, analysing trade-offs, and coordinating multi-disciplinary inputs to support future programme direction.
