Overview

We are recruiting Marine Engineers to join the team in Wroxham, supporting the build of luxury yachts designed for global circumnavigation. With growing demand across our yacht range, this is an exciting opportunity to work on technically advanced, world-class vessels within a skilled and collaborative environment.

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and commissioning a wide range of onboard systems, contributing to the delivery of yachts built to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Installation and commissioning of mechanical and marine systems

* Working across propulsion, generators, pumps, hydraulics, plumbing and auxiliary systems

* Fault-finding and problem-solving during build and test phases

* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

* Working collaboratively within a multi-skilled team to meet build deadlines

* Ensuring all work meets quality, safety and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 2 years’ relevant marine engineering experience

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

* Comfortable working across multiple systems and components

* Positive, team-focused attitude within a multi-skilled environment

* Willingness to embrace innovation and new challenges

* Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
