What youll be doing:

• Helping to build and install systems on our luxury yachts
  
• Working with a range of equipment such as engines, plumbing, and onboard systems
  
• Supporting other trades and being part of a collaborative build team
  
• Reading simple drawings and following build instructions
  

What were looking for

You might be a good fit if you have experience in areas like:

• Mechanical work, plumbing, HVAC, automotive, or similar trades
  
• Using hand and power tools
  
• Building, assembling, or installing equipment
  

We also value people who:

• Enjoy practical, hands-on work
  
• Can work independently and as part of a team
  
• Are willing to learn new skills and adapt
  
• Take pride in doing a job well
  

Bonus (but not essential):

• Experience with fabrication or welding
  
• Ability to read technical drawings
  
• Previous engineering or trade qualifications
