You will support major UK surface ship and submarine programmes, act as a technical authority, and guide our clients through complex engineering challenges across the naval lifecycle.This role is ideal for a senior engineer with both deep technical knowledge and the consulting skills to influence stakeholders, shape engineering strategy, drive and project manage, project delivery in a regulated defence environment.Your profileWe’re seeking an experienced maritime engineering professional with a strong technical background and deep knowledge of UK naval defence. You’ll bring over a decade of expertise in naval systems, ship or submarine design, systems integration, or other high‑integrity marine environments. Alongside technical excellence, you’ll be confident engaging with senior defence stakeholders, navigating formal frameworks, and communicating complex concepts clearly.
