Are you hands-on, detail-focused and looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in manufacturing? We're currently recruiting Manufacturing Operators on behalf of our client to join a fast-paced, on-site production environment in Perth.

This is a great opportunity to build experience within a regulated manufacturing setting, working as part of a supportive team where quality, safety and continuous improvement are key.

What you'll be doing

* Manually assembling components used within the medical industry * Following standard operating procedures and manufacturing drawings * Measuring and building products to customer specifications * Completing production documentation to GMP standards * Carrying out visual inspections of products to ensure quality * Working collaboratively within a production team in a cleanroom environment * Contributing to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities

What we're looking for

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Basic maths skills * Good verbal and written communication in English * Ability to follow instructions and carry out repetitive tasks * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
