This is an excellent Manufacturing Operative opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a clean, structured, and safety-focused environment. If you have experience in wiring, electrical assembly, and testing, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, this could be the role for you.

The Manufacturing Operative Role

As an Manufacturing, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring products are assembled, wired, and tested to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery

Assembling and wiring electrical components and H-Vac Panels

Wiring panels and testing for correct functionality

Identifying faults and carrying out repairs or replacing damaged wiring and connectors

Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and technical drawings

Maintaining accurate records of completed work and reporting any issues

Ensuring all work is carried out in line with safety procedures and quality standards

About You

Were looking for someone who is practical, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

You will ideally have:

Basic electrical/panel wiring or mechanical knowledge

Experience using hand tools and electrical testing equipment

The ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

A strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
