We are seeking a skilled Factory Manufacturing and Production Operative to join our client in Werrington PE4. For this role you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating in a factory setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly and production operations, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.Shift PatternsMonday - Thursday 07:00-16:30 / Friday 07:00-11:15 (40 hours weekly)Competitive PayBasic hours up to 40 hours Monday to Friday £12.71, over 40 hours Monday to Friday £18.32 (Tx1/2) + Saturday £18.32 (Tx1/2), Sunday 24.42 (Tx2) Lates - 20% shift allowance from day base rate when working past 17:00.ResponsibilitiesReading and interpreting technical drawings and specificationsOperating machinery and hand tools to fabricate and assemble componentsEnsuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols throughout the fabrication processCollaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlinesMaintaining a clean and organised work environmentQualificationsPrior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field desirableProficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as machinery commonly used in assemblyAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality workCommitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulationsBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for career progression and training.A supportive and friendly team environment.JBRP1_UKTJ
