We're currently recruiting a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Operative to join our growing team in Newmarket. In this hands-on role, you'll be a key part of our production process, assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
Shift Details:
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
Friday: 07:30 – 13:00
Total Hours: 39 per week
Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour (equivalent to £24,843 annually)Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products using hand tools in a manufacturing/engineering setting
Learn new processes and techniques to boost productivity
Ensure products meet strict quality and safety standards
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targetsWhat We're Looking For:
