We're looking for enthusiastic and hands-on Production Operatives to become part of our clients growing team. We welcome both temporary and permanent applications.

Shift Pattern Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) *with overtime opportunities available*

06:00 - 14:00 14:00 - 22:00Please note the above shifts may not necessarily be rotating every week - therefore, flexibility is required dependent on business needs.

Training:

Initial training will take place on a standard day shift (Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00)

Salary:

Starting at £31,200 per year (this includes 20% shift allowance), with the opportunity to progress to £36,000 per year!

About the Role

As a Multi-Skilled Production Operative, you'll work across a variety of tasks including fabric welding, cutting, industrial sewing, assembly, and packing. Quality, safety, and timely delivery are at the heart of everything we do. You'll collaborate with a supportive team while also working independently to meet our high standards and customer expectations.

Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
