Manufacturing Operations Lead (Pilot Scale) - London

We are partnering with a well-funded Series A biotech in London that is entering a critical pilot manufacturing phase. They are seeking an Manufacturing Operations Lead to build and own the production planning framework for their expanding manufacturing operation.
Manufacturing Operations Lead responsibilities include:
Designing and owning the end-to-end pilot manufacturing flow
Planning and coordinating production across reagent manufacture, cartridge manufacture, kitting, and packaging
Managing day-to-day execution against plan
Providing clear visibility of capacity, constraints, and readiness
Implementing KPIs and scalable planning systems
Experience required:
Background in pilot, early commercial, or regulated biotech manufacturing
Strong experience in production planning, operations control, or manufacturing systems
Comfortable operating in a high-growth, venture-backed environment
Hands-on mindset with the ability to introduce structure and discipline
