Nights Manufacturing Lead - Fabrication Wakefield Permanent Nights – Monday – Thursday 8pm – 7am

Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be exclusively supporting one of our West Yorkshire based clients in their search for a Manufacturing Lead to oversee all steel fabrication activities across the night shift. Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll supervise a team of welders and fabricators to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Lead include: Lead the fabrication team to meet daily and weekly targets for steel frames and assemblies Supervise welding, cutting, and assembly tasks to ensure compliance with drawings and production specs Provide technical guidance and development opportunities to your team Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment Monitor stock levels of consumables, tools, and materials to prevent downtime Collaborate with QA and H&S teams to address issues and implement continuous improvements Support a culture of accountability, quality, and efficiency across the team
