Position: Manufacturing Estimator Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Location: Worcester Salary: £40,000 per year Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Estimator for our client. This role involves working closely with customer drawings, specifications and quotations to support the costing and pricing of manufactured components. Full training on internal systems and processes will be provided. Candidates with engineering, manufacturing, estimating or technical administration experience will be highly desirable. Your Role as a Manufacturing Estimator Reviewing customer quotation requests and checking all required information is provided Working from engineering drawings and specifications to help calculate costs Preparing quotations using internal pricing systems Communicating with suppliers to obtain prices when needed Updating costings based on supplier responses or revised drawings Recording all quotations accurately on internal logs Checking customer orders against original quotes and raising any discrepancies Handling order amendments or cancellations and updating pricing where required Supporting customer price reviews when costs change Assisting other departments during quieter periods Ensuring tools and customer-specific ...
