Key Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes, layouts, and workflows. Provide hands-on engineering support to shop floor build and assembly activities. Lead structured problem-solving and root cause analysis initiatives. Support design for manufacture and engineering change processes Develop and maintain SOPs while ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards.The company has offered a great package for the role, including a salary of £50,000-£55,000.
