Manufacturing Engineer - Zero Defects Key Responsibilities

Lead on zero defect projects across business units Assigning resource to projects, ensuring teams have the required skills and support to deliver projects. Work with cross functional teams to gain data and look at internal processes in areas that aren’t performing and meeting customers’ expectations. Soliciting ideas from workforce, analysis of quality data, SMA reviews, customer complaints, audit findings, PFMEA, process walks, benefit / effort analysis, Standards gaps.
