This role is central to developing and delivering manufacturing processes for precision machined components across a range of materials. You will play a key part in New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, advising on Design for Manufacture (DfM), PPAP, GD&T, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement lean manufacturing processes focused on quality, cost, and delivery. Create machining processes for complex components with tight tolerances using CAD/CAM tools (Siemens NX or Partmaker preferred).
