The Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimising, and supporting advanced CNC milling processes, with a strong focus on 5-axis machining.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams across production, quality, and design engineering to deliver robust, repeatable, and cost-effective manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement CNC manufacturing processes for complex aerospace components Create and optimise 5-axis milling programs (online and offline) Programme using Siemens NX CAD/CAM Enhance machining strategies for tight-tolerance, high-value components Reduce cycle times while maintaining aerospace quality standards Lead process validation activities, including first article inspection and PPAP support Provide technical suppo...
