Job Description

Position: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Romsey, Southampton

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

Manufacturing Engineer required. Our client is a well-established manufacturer based in Romsey, near Southampton. Due to ongoing success and growth of the business they are seeking an enthusiastic Manufacturing Engineer to join the team.

The succesful candidate will be responsible for Quality, NPI & Manufacturing projects within a varied and exciting role.

Manufacturing Engineer Position Overview

Supporting new product introduction projects through trialling & inspecting tools and ensuring quality through use of a CMM and producing FAIR's. Creating work instructions and sales drawings Producing non-conformance reports and fault-finding issues Assisting with the maintenance and repair of equipment

Manufacturing Engineer Position Requirements

Proven background with NPI projects, Quality and Manufacturing Good communication skills Qualifications within the Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing field Based in a commutable distance of Romsey, Southampton

Manufacturing Engineer Position Remuneration

Salary £35,000 - £38,000 depending on experience Monday to Thursday,08:00 - 17:00, Friday 08:00 - 15:00 full-time, permanent position. Company Pension 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays. Increasing with tenure.
