Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer to support one of our customers with a Process Planning work package. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience, seniority, etc. The contract is deemed outside of IR35 for Sub-contract labour but Staff positions are available for the right candidates.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to our client and will be expected to be proactive and self-motivated in delivering the targeted outputs to support the product.\n\nThe Manufacturing Engineer will report directly to the Programme Delivery Leader (PDL) and their role will involve them to be based at the Client's site and/or any of the Expleo UK offices.\n\nWorking within the ME team in our Aero Business Unit, successful candidates will join our experienced team, with whom you will work on varied projects in high-tech and future-oriented industries taking on exciting and responsible tasks according to your skills and knowledge, thus expanding your existing know-how.\n\nCompilation and update of Manufacturing Work Instructions & ASOs\nProduce Engineering outputs to meet on-target delivery dates and Quality requirements\nDistribute RTV within ASO via CTU\nAllocation of Full BOM from FDPS to ASO(s) at Drawn Part \nEnsure 'Right First Time' outputs are met in-line with Business KPI's\nBe involved with continuous improvement process & offer improvement suggestions\nInterface with external stakeholders to understand technical issues / specifications\nLiaise with and support design and manufacturing supply chain\nAttend reviews (both internal and external) where required\nWork in accordance with the Expleo QMS and customer quality requirements \n\nEngineering degree, or equivalent, with proven practical Engineering & manufacturing knowledge and experience\nCandidates without accredited qualifications will be considered depending upon experience
