An exciting opportunity to join an established and growing precision engineering business is seeking a skilled Manual Turner to join its machining team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality components to tight tolerances. Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE) Location: UK (On-site) East Sussex Full-Time | Permanent
Essential Requirements: Proven experience operating manual lathes and/or mills
Strong understanding of engineering drawings
Ability to work to tight tolerances
Experience using measuring equipment (e.g. verniers, micrometers)
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good understanding of health and safety practices
Desirable: Previous experience working in a machine shop environment
Qualifications: Time-served or equivalent experience in manual machining
