Who We’re Looking For

We ideally want someone with education recruitment experience, but we’re open to candidates from fast-paced temporary recruitment backgrounds such as industrial, healthcare, or driving. Above all, we’re looking for ambition, energy, and the drive to build something great.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Come in and put your stamp on your desk, owning the way things are done and setting the strategy
• Build and nurture relationships with schools and clients
• Source and place top talent into exceptional roles
• Hit and exceed your KPIs consistently
• Identify new opportunities and grow your book of business
• Use CRM and sales tools to maximize efficiency
• Mentor and grow your own team as the desk expands
• Create a high-performing, collaborative, and motivated environment
