You will be confident in prioritising workload in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Management of subcontractors and subcontractor accounts

Supporting the Commercial Manager and leading elements of the commercial team

Managing client disputes and supporting internal auditing processes

Maintaining and updating the commercial risk register

Overseeing weekly valuations and confirming accuracy of measurements

Cost analysis and driving cost reduction initiatives

Contract and rates review

Production of CVRs across projects
