This is a hands-on, site-based role, leading a team of surveyors while providing effective commercial management and control of multiple projects. The role is varied and deadline-driven, so excellent organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial and contractual administration of projects, ensuring the survey team delivers high-quality work Provide effective commercial management and control of projects in line with contract terms and statutory requirements Maximise project margins while minimising risk exposure Support the delivery of business objectives and targets Lead, motivate, and develop a team of surveyors to ensure performance and quality standardsSkills, Qualifications, and Experience:
