Managing Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
A well established engineering company are recruiting for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team working in their HV substation division. The company specialise in the Utilities and Renewables sector across the UK and are going through an exciting growth phase.
They have a number of projects in the pipeline ranging from 33kv up to 132kv, working on some of largest substation projects in the UK.
You will be responsible for commercial and contractual work on a portfolio of substation projects across the London area.
The right candidate will have the following experience:
- Experience in a Senior/Managing QS capacity within the UK
- Experience in the utilities or heavy infrastructure sector
- Strong understanding of NEC3/4 forms of contract
- Experience of managing a small commercial team beneficial
- Driving license beneficial
The role is paying up to £75,000 for the right candidate plus company car, hybrid working, pension and private family medical healthcare.
