As part of their continued growth, theyre looking to appoint a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of this long-term, multi-phase scheme. This is a high-profile project involving a significant number of units, with a mixture of houses and low-rise apartments. Youll be leading the commercial team, overseeing the financial control and contract administration throughout the lifecycle of the project. Managing and mentoring a team of Quantity Surveyors

Working closely with project and site teams to ensure cost control, risk management and accurate reporting

Overseeing subcontractor packages, payments, valuations, and variations
