Managing Quantity Surveyor\nExeter\nPermanent\nHousing, mix of development and contracting sites\n\nWorking for a reputable business who currently deliver a 60/40 split across open market and contracting work streams. They invest into their staff, providing training, further qualifications and progression. Whilst providing a desirable work location, parking, a welcoming and close knit team working environment.\n\nSummary of role:\n\nOverseeing a team of 5 surveying staff\nUndertake reports, oversee and collate CVRs etc.\nStaff Training, development and undertake PDRs/reviews\nReport to the director.

You will not oversee or manage projects/sites\n\nWhats needed:\n\nA contracting background with housing experience is but developer backgrounds will also be considered!\nStrong commercial awareness\nExperience in a similar management role\nAbility to lead, coach and motivate a team\nQS Background\nDetailed and organised\nExcellent IT and reporting skills\nThis is a progressive role for candidates looking for that next step to commercial manager.\n\n Salary as always is DOE and will range from £75k - £85k plus full package and decent benefits
